What is the Project 22 challenge?
The Project 22 challenge is a 22-day commitment where you incorporate 6 healthy habits into your daily life. The challenge is designed to help you commit to being more intentional with your time and energy, providing you with a kick-start as you work towards your personal goals and become a better version of yourself.
The Project 22 challenge is here to help you commit to healthy habits in 2022. You can start the challenge at any time but need to complete it for a minimum of 22 days.
What are the benefits of the Project 22 challenge?
There are many benefits that come with participating in the Project 22 challenge. Such as:

Project 22 Rules
1. Wake up before 7:30AM
Make sure you get a least 6 hours of sleep every night. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. A great routine helps you to make the most of each day.
2. Read for at least 20 minutes
Your brain is a muscle, use it or lose it. Get sucked into a good book or article, escape into a fictional world or learn some interesting new facts.
3. Eat healthy meals
Follow a healthy diet that works for you. That might be no alcohol, no fizzy drinks, and no sweets or chocolate. Focus on eating fresh fruit and veg and drinking enough water. Plan your shopping and prep your meals and snacks so that hunger never surprises you.
4. Exercise for at least 30 minutes
Successful, healthy, happy, and productive people have a regular habit of moving each day. This could include walking, stretching, running, swimming, yoga, cycling, or going to the gym.
5. Write down 1 thing you are grateful for
Showing gratitude has been shown to help contribute to an overall sense of well-being and improved optimism. At the end of the day or each morning spend time being grateful.
6. Work on a skill or hobby
The biggest investment you will ever make is in yourself. Work on a new skill or hobby, and spend time doing something that gives you joy. If you’re really motivated it could even become an extra source of income one day.
How can you get involved with the Project 22 community?
Hold yourself to account by documenting your journey by taking pictures of yourself completing elements of the challenge and posting to Instagram or TikTok using #Project22. It won’t be easy, some days will feel much harder than others but you’ll receive encouragement and support from the community which will help you to stay consistent and motivated for real results!
